Lloyd & Co were very pleased to help a very traditional 'walk-in' barbers in Worcester who has made the sensible decision to move to an online booking system.

There were two factors which had to be considered:
1. Customers had to be kept two meters apart, so waiting for a haircut was no longer possible.
2. The barbers didn't want to turn people away and risk loss of a customer.

By using a booking the system, the Worcester barbers was able to give a customer a set time and date to return if they were unable to walk-in as they were used to in the past.

The booking system allows customer to book online, phone, or walk-in to book.

Head barber, Chris said: ' It was a decision which wasn't taken lightly, as the barbers have been running a first come first serve walk-in system for over 40 years. Feedback has been great and customers feel more relaxed knowing they can just turn up at a time which suits them'
